Return Policy

Returns will be accepted on new items only within 14 days of the date the product was received. All original packaging, accessories and manuals must be included and undamaged. Clothing must be new, unworn & unwashed.

No refunds will be issued for special or custom order items, clearance items, or items in body armour, optics or night vision categories. Defective special or custom order items fall under the manufacturer warranty policy and customer must contact them directly.

For safety reasons, there are no returns or exchanges on the following items: Firearms, Ammunition, Reloading: Brass, Projectiles, Primers, Powder, Bows, Tree stands, Mouth calls, Personal Products (soaps, deoderant, etc).

Non-restricted firearms orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of order being paid. After this point, 20% re-stocking fee applies to account for the extensive amount of administration it takes to cancel a firearms order once it is in processing. All other items ordered before being shipped may be canceled for full refund. Items paid for by credit card that are cancelled on the same day during business hours will be voided and no charge passed to card. If they are cancelled anytime after, cancellation is subject to a 3% recovery fee to reimburse the merchant fee that is paid when a credit card charge is processed.
